a note about the board

Your next move.
With a little less digging.

StillUnemployed is a free US job board for early-career creative, marketing, design and technology work. Salary up front, a short summary, and a link to the employer.

What belongs here?

The Jobs board includes work in marketing, social media, writing, design, photography, video, fashion and related technology fields. Some roles are entry level; others ask for experience. Check the role’s requirements to decide what fits you.

Internships have their own section. Paid, explicitly unpaid and pay-not-disclosed opportunities have distinct labels. Enrollment, graduation dates and other program requirements can matter.

Pay should not be a guessing game.

Jobs show disclosed salary or hourly pay. Annual amounts may use a short rounded K format; hourly and internship pay keep their time unit. The employer’s posting has the exact range and any conditions.

On Jobs, card colors identify salary bands. On Internships, colors are decorative. Read the pay label on each card.

The employer has the final word.

We use employer career pages and hiring platforms as sources. Board summaries are a starting point. Read the complete posting for responsibilities, qualifications, location restrictions and deadlines before you apply.

A listing can change or close after it is added. The board is not the employer and cannot guarantee that a role is still accepting applications or that you will get a response.

If a job is no longer available, use its report option on the board. Reporting hides it from your view. On the live board, reports can also be sent for review. It does not mean the employer has confirmed the closure.

We can also unlist a role while we review it and restore it if appropriate. The change appears when your page next checks for updates or you refresh. Your saved copy and Tracker history stay yours.

A place to keep your job hunt together.

Save roles you want to revisit and use the Tracker to organize applications. Selecting “I applied” records your own update; the board does not submit or confirm an employer application.

Applying takes you to the employer’s website. You do not need an account to browse the board.
