These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StillUnemployed.com (the "Board" or "Site") and any related content and tools, operated by Elevate Media Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Board, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Board.
The Board is intended for users 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter into these Terms.
The Board is a free, curated job board that collects and links to job openings posted by third-party companies, organized for early-career marketing, social, and creative roles. Listings are provided for general informational purposes only. We may change, add, or discontinue any part of the Board at any time, with or without notice.
We curate and link to roles posted by third-party companies. We are not the employer, recruiter, or agent for any listed role, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the companies named unless explicitly stated.
Always verify a role directly with the employer before applying or sharing personal information.
A "human-verified" or similar badge means a person did a reasonable check on the listing at the time it was added. It is not a guarantee that the role is still open, accurate, or legitimate. Job links expire and roles close. We re-check links periodically and let you report broken ones, but you should always confirm a role is live before applying.

The Board, its branding ("StillUnemployed.com"), text, graphics, layout, and design are owned by Elevate Media Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Board for your personal, non-commercial job search. Third-party company names and logos belong to their respective owners.
The Board contains links to third-party websites and tools, including job postings, application pages, and our newsletter. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is handled by our newsletter provider under its own privacy policy.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept our cookie notice; you can decline. How we use analytics is described in our Privacy Policy, and Google's use of data is governed by Google's own policies.
THE BOARD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Board will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing is accurate or available.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELEVATE MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES LLC AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE BOARD, INCLUDING ANY JOB LISTING OR THIRD-PARTY INTERACTION. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Media Technologies LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Board or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Board after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Board, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
